Q: Are all your dresses real pictures? All the dresses are our Real pictures,all dresses can be made same as model picture. Q: What's your MOQ? Do you accept custom-made? Do I need to pay extra cost for it? No MOQ, 1 piece is welcome. We factory accept custom-made service.There is no extra charge for standard size from US Size 2 to US Size16, it often takes 15-25 days to finish the dress. For plus size, please contact us to quote the plus size charge. Q: What's your delivery and payment? We have our own Factory . It often takes 2 to 4 weeks for a sample dress, 5 to 7 weeks for 20-100 pieces regular orders. Q: Who will pay the customs duty? The price does not include the custom duty. So you need to pay the custom duty if there is. In most times, there is no custom duty for small package. Q: Who will undertake the shiping cost if my dresses need to be modified? If it is our quality or size problem, we will pay all the shipping cost. If you provide wrong size to us and made the dress in wrong size, we will refund you partial modification fee. If there is quality or size problem, please contact us immediately within 48 hours once you received the dress. If it is over 5 days, the dress is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement.
