5. One year warranty for one-color glass gobos. If buring within three months, Ledy will make new gobos and

send them freely. If buring after three month, Ledy will do new gobos freely, but clients need pay for the freight

or choose ship together with following order.

Q2. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Yes. Quantity order can print clients' logo. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm

the design firstly.

Q5: How to deal with the faulty of the led projector?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than

0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective

batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call accor

ding to real situation.
