2.How should I pay for my order?

  We accept TT by bank.  You can do 30%  prepayment at first, then we will start to

make production. 

  When the machine is ready, we will take pictures to you, and then you can do the ballance.

  After we got your payment. We will send the machine to you.

3.If some problems happend to this machine during warranty period,what should I do?

We will supply free parts in machine warranty period if machine have some problem.

While we also supply free after-service forever,so any doubts,just us know,we will 

give you solutions in  30 minuts.

4: Before sending me an inquiry on our CNC router, it is better for you to provide me the

following information

1)Your cutting size. Because in our factory, we have different models according to

working area.

2)Your materials: wood ,MDF, acrylic, PVC, aluminum, or other materails

3) If there is any engraving sample or photos show to us ?

We will recommend suitable spindle power according to your demand.
