Installation Guide (pay attention to the same port and separate port )
Taking the negative pole of the battery pack as the reference point and also as the first battery , from the bottom to the top shown in the figure, it is B1 ( the first cell ) and B2 (the second cell). . . Bn (the nth cell ) Connecting method: 1. First, connect the "negative" of the battery pack to "B-" on the BMS board with the black line. 2. Connect the first cable (B-) to the negative pole of the first cell, connect the second cable (B1) to the positive pole of the first cell , and the third (B2) to the second cell positive, and so on. . . Bn (the last wire) also be connected to the positive pole of the last cell, which is the positive pole (B +) of the battery. 3. Use the Voltage device to detect whether the voltage of each adjacent two terminals of the cable terminal corresponds to the voltage of the battery. 4. If the above steps are correct, insert the cable, and check whether the Output is equal to the total voltage of the battery pack. The meaning of the Output is: 1. ) The voltage between the charger negative and B + 2. ) The voltage between the load negative terminal and B +; Note: 1. When installing the protection board, please fixed it firmly, be careful not to shake and other reasons caused by loose off! 2. Firstly to be welded each cable to the appropriate cell pole, then put the cable terminal into the board plugs, (Please do not insert the cable terminal and then welding cells, to prevent welding damage to the protection board! )
