Features:
Disk type pneumatic brake is suitable for different installation modes, it can also be used in linear motion braking.The larger friction area extends the maintenance cycle, and long service life.If several brakes are installed on a disk, the torque increases several times.
The working principle:
Disk type pneumatic brake and the air pressure disc clutch are produced by the piston on the cylinder body to generate the axial thrust, thus forming the torque transmission.
Once the cylinder is unloaded, the spring pushes the piston back to its original position and the torque disappears.
When the spring brake is used, the axial thrust required by the torque is generated by the spring, and the piston is provided with an appropriate air pressure to release the brake.
Disk type pneumatic brake with multipoint braking, a variety of flexible installation, optional braking components increase or decrease, make it have the wide-area torque control range, and has the characteristics of high torque and high precision.
Disk type pneumatic brake is suitable for all kinds of situations including tension control, emergency braking and position control.
