Power requirements: Use a 110-120V/220V-240V AC power supply with a safety ground. When in use, the machine must be grounded.

Air source requirements: The compressed air pressure used must be between 0.5- 1.2 kg. It is recommended to use 1.0 kg, and the air pressure is ideal at this time.

Caveat:

1. Because the machine generates high-voltage static electricity, the user must use the working place and the equipment to be dry. In addition, the machine must be grounded safely. Do not unplug the grounding plug. This is important to protect the machine and prevent electric shock. To avoid danger, discharge the discharge needle to the grounding clamp after each use.

2. When the particles of plastic powder fall into the air, they will hit the fire source and there is a danger of burning and explosion. Therefore, all hidden dangers must be eliminated and isolated from all sources of ignition. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to remove the plastic powder on the ground. Wear a dust cover during work to protect your personal safety.

Preparation before use:

1. Preparation of sprayed parts: The surface of the parts to be sprayed should be rusted, degreased, phosphatized, and the parts should have a dry, smooth and clean surface.

2. Prepare one of the ovens to place the sprayed parts in the oven for baking. The parts to be sprayed are preferably hung in an oven with a metal spreader.

3. Prepare the same power supply and outlet as the sprayer. The power supply must have a safety ground.

4. Prepare the air supply. The air supply pressure is generally 0.5 kg to 1.2 kg. It is recommended to use 1.0 kg air source pressure.

5. Put the dry plastic powder into the bottle. The plastic powder is about 5 cm from the bottom of the bottle.

Common troubleshooting:

1. The powder surface of the sprayed surface is too thick to form a pile, and the surface of the sprayed surface will be grainy. The accumulation of plastic powder can be blown off using air.

2. After the polyester powder is baked, it will cause graininess in the plastic surface, so it is necessary to control the thickness of the surface powder layer. The resulting granular plastic surface can be re-sprayed by smoothing with 400 grit sandpaper.

3. The sprayed surface is not smooth or has pores, which is caused by humidity. It is necessary to replace the dry plastic powder or water vapor separator.

4. If the gun does not spray powder, it may be that the air pressure is too low, or the water in the water vapor separator is too much, causing the intake air to clog and need to replace the water vapor separator.

5. The direction of plastic powder dispersion during spray molding can adjust the distance between the discharge needle end disperser and the gun body.

6. If it is found that the surface of the part is not ideally sprayed after baking, it needs to be re-sprayed. Then the parts can be sanded with 400 grit sandpaper and then uniformly sprayed and then baked in an oven.

7. If it is found that the duster does not generate high-voltage static electricity, please have a professional knowledge electrical engineer to check and repair, do not use it automatically to avoid accidents.
