1. How to choose the right size ? 

-Pls kindly check our size chart in the description.

2. Is the color the same as pictures? Is there a special smell? 

-We offer 100% Real Photos, because of different computers ,cellphones , light outdoor / indoor, there is more or less a little color difference, if you really care about this , pls kindly think twice before making the order. 

- The item is brand new, there may be a little smell when you open it, you could hang it for days , then there is no smell. 

3. When to get the order ?

It needs about 3-5 days to prepare the order ( not included weekend and holidays ).

For rush order, pls kindly choose DHL express, it just needs 3-7 days for delivery, and pls you arrange the customs clearance in time, normally we value per parcel 20-30usd for customs clearance, if you have a special request , pls kindly make a note in order.

Normally it needs 15-60 days for delivery by Aliexpress Standard shipping or China Post Air Mail, the protection time is 60days ( 90days for Brasil ).  Pls notice that you need to pick up the parcel from local post office in time. 

4. How to return / refund my order ?

- The parcel haven't been delivered in the protection time (in 60 days) , we will full refund ! 

- The parcel had been returned, we will resend it to you .

- The parcel is wrong or broken, pls take a big and clear picture and send it to us in 24 hours.

- If you don't like the order ( color, size or style ) , you could return it for an exchange or refund ! 

- For custom made / color changed  items , it is not available for return !
