Feature:

Operating:

1. Start the motor and check whether the operation is normal. Check the diameter of the outer
rubber and plastic cable lines of each file when feeding, and feed them one by one.
2. In order to make the blade durable, the connector of the rubber cable should be cut off
during feeding to avoid chipping the blade.
3. If there is too deep and broken wire after feeding, pay attention to the following points:
a, should adjust the feed file, that is, the tension of the M12 screw pressure on both sides of
the blade shaft;
b. Check whether the position is misplaced during feeding;
c, whether the blade is newly changed, whether the cutting edge is too sharp, and the special
oil stone is slightly trimmed, moderately.
4. If the rubber is peeled off after the feed, the copper wire cannot be spit out. There are
mainly 4 cases:
a, the upper shaft is too knurled, the special shaft is applied to grind the upper shaft, but it
can not be over-grinded. Excessive grinding can easily cause the oily cable to be difficult to drive;
b, if the spring pressure is too loose, the pressure should be tightened and the spit can be stopped;
c, the diameter of the wire is too small, or the gap between the upper and lower shafts is too large,
the gap between the two shafts should be adjusted to 0. 4---0. 6mm;
d, the processed rubber-plastic cable has been heated, and the copper wire cannot be spit out.
5, if the feed pressure file can not drive the cable past, the material stays in the middle, there
are several situations:
a, Check whether the belt is loose.;
b. Check if the spring pressure on both sides of the pressure plate is too tight. If there is no
top force, the pressure should be relaxed;
c. If the cable is too oily and the two shafts are slipping, the two shafts should be wiped dry
frequently. (When drying, if the machine is running, please pay attention to safety).
