The heart of the board is a sealed, songle 30A relay.
The relay must have a 12V DC power supply.
The relay is controlled by 12V or 5V logic by a transistor and a LED indicates when the relay is closed.
This is a kit so that it comes as through hole parts with mounting required which makes for some nice soldering exercises.
Screw terminal connections on each side of the plate make it easy to incorporate into your project.
Note:
There are some fairly bully tracks connecting the relay to the charging strings, but the 2-pin connectors are only rated for max. 16A!
If you are planning to connect a larger load you will have to solder directly to the board.
