Introduction:
30MPA High Pressure Pump for pcp gun, Mini high pressure pump is the latest 30 MPA Air Compressor from our company. 4500psi high pressure air compressor for pcp gun, Mini high pressure pump is different from the water cooling compressor in the market. This compressor is without water cooling but with three stages to compress.
We have proprietary intellectual property rights for the new high pressure compressor. It is with the feature of high filling speed, safe explosion-proof. The machine can stop automatically when it gets the setting pressure. You have our promise of one year guarantee of the quality.
Application:
1. 4500psi high pressure air compressor for pcp gun, Mini high pressure pump is mainly used for filling PCP(Pre-Charge Pneumatic), paint ball high pressure tank, Pneumatic line throwing tank and any other high pressure tank. Max pressure can be 40Mpa (400bar, 5800Psi). The compressor adopts three stages piston compression, which with 3 times faster than other compressors in the market. The updated machine don’t need water-cooling and machine oil. The whole filling process is safe and explosion-proof.

Updated feature:
Small portable air compressor for pcp gun, Mini high pressure pump --TFL30 is the updated compressor of GYZ25. We updated the material and property as below:
1. plunger piston compressing part: material is hard chrome plating ray axis, which make the machine working more smooth and prevent it from rusting.
2. Inlet one-way valve: The valve is made by new type composite materials (fluorine aprons + PEEK ring), which can improve the sealing property. Air output speed is 30L/min.
3. Vent valve: it is made by stainless steel and ceramic bead, which prevent it from rusting.
4. Machine body: it is made by 6061 aluminium alloy, which make it light weight and better heat dissipation
5. We use brass material for articulated wire and connection wire, which won’t rust and more durable.
6. Radiating tube: we use thickened copper pipe to improve heat dispersion
7. 65W powerful fan ia added to cool air down. Continuous working time is 180mins.
8. Drain valve: Every stage (total 3 stages) has an independent drain valve to drain water off drastically.
