1. 5. If you find quality problem after signing the parcel, please do not directly start a dispute or simply give a negative feedback. The most efficient way to deal with the quality issue is to contact the seller for a solution. For buyers who directly start a dispute, we hope you to cancel the dispute first then we will support you with our best after-sale service; for buyers who simply give a negative feedback without contacting us first, it will be unnecessary for us to provide any further after-sale service.
