(3) If you choose seller shipping method, please reconfirm the shipment information: consignee/contact person, detailed address, telephone number, TAX ID.   It is CFR item. The buyer should pay import fees. EXW and FOB, DDU, DDP terms are also acceptable. We ship goods by sea to your Basic seaport (you need to find broker to help you clear customs).

(4) If need fast shipping, please provide us your city and post code to check the shipping cost for you, our cooperated courier is DHL/TNT/EMS/UPS/FEDEX.

(1)2 years warranty of machine(Except for consumable parts), life time free technic support. All finished machine we delivered are 100% strictly tested by our factory.

(2) Pls check all goods carefully before you sign to accept the package and report to us within 3 days if there are any parts loss or machine problems. Pls show related photos and videos.

(3) For Machine,Warranty is two year,during warranty,if the spare parts was sent back for repair, buyer pays for the returning shipping cost and fees(Except for consumable parts). Due to machine is special product, big size, if shipping back, shipping cost and import tax will be very high, so we do not accept Return, but we will grantee that it can work well.
