   a: We will ship the order within 72 hours.

   b: We advice you to chose DHL or FEDEX service，much faster shipment.When we receive your order, we will check your address if in the delivery company’s regular delivery range. If not, you need to pay extral fee.

   c: For the declared amount,we usually write 5usd for each bulb to Most of country(Brazil 、Russia will write15usd,India 20usd). You can decide it before shipment.

   d: We will not take any responsibility for destination customs clearance fees and other expenses caused by customs clearance. Please make sure that you accept such terms before we ship.
