M8 Transistor Tester Inductance Capacitor PNP NPN Diode ESR Meter Multifunction Tester
Feature:
1. Automatic detection of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N, P channel MOSFET, JFET field effect transistors, diodes, double diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors, inductors.2. The current amplification factor (B) and the on-off voltage (Uf) of the emitter junction of the bipolar transistor are measured.
3. Transistors can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor, and the diodes inside bipolar transistors and MOSFETs can be detected and displayed on the screen.
4. Support 3.7V power supply or direct power supply with micro USB interface.
5. Using for ATmega328 microcontroller, 12864 graphical liquid crystal display test results.
6. One operation, automatically shut down the power supply, increase the power switch, avoid battery power consumption when storage and shutdown.
7. It supports the measurement of threshold voltage and gate capacitance of MOSFET.
8. The potentiometer can also measure two resistances. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one end of the resistor, the tester can not distinguish the pins at the middle and two ends.
9. The resolution of resistance measurement is 0.1Ω and the measurement value is 50MΩ.
10. Capacitance measurement ranges from 25 PF to 100 mF (100,000 UF) with a resolution of 1 pF.
11. The measurement range of inductance is 0.01MH-20H, otherwise it will be shown as resistance, and if the DC resistance value of inductance is higher than 2100 Euros, it will also be shown as resistance.
12. Equivalent series resistance (ESR) of capacitors above 2UF can be detected with a resolution of 0.01 ohms. This function is very important for capacitor performance detection.
13. Symbols in the right direction can be displayed for both diodes, and positive voltage drop can be displayed at the same time.
14. LED detects as a diode, the forward voltage drop is higher than the normal value. The double light-emitting diode detects as a double diode, and the light-emitting diode will shine at the same time.
15. Each test takes about two seconds, and large capacitance and inductance measurements take a long time.

Correction Method:
Connect three test terminals, enter the test, screen prompt correction steps. When prompted to disconnect short connection, the calibration of disconnecting three test terminals will continue. When prompted to connect capacitors above 100nF at foot 1-3, the program will automatically enter then, after connecting capacitors above 100nF without polarity. The correction can be completed by restarting at the end of the correction.
