High accuracy, high rigidity and high wear resistance, dust-proof seal, long service life. Suitable for high-speed turning of metal or wood, CNC machining and general purpose of manual engine lathes. Designed for lathe in high speed and heavy duty environment.

Features:
The combination of accuracy deep groove ball bearing, thrust ball bearing, and needle rooler bearing is applied to this center.
The central spindle is lengthened, able to effectively improve the cutting performance and to reduce the shake effect.
Alloy tool steel is used for central spindle, with a hardness of HRC55° ± 2° after heat handle, typical of high rigidity and high abrasion resistance.
Dustproof seal is available on the front end, to avert the entry of cutting fluid and dust into bearing, which has extended the service life of center point.
Characteristic of oil hole design, convenient for injecting lubricating oil to extend the tip life.
The main body is made from 40CR steel, its quenching hardness is 45 to 50 HRC, the pointed part is made form high speed steel, quenching hardness is 55 to 60HRC.
Fine quality bearing design, using high speed bearing for high accuracy.

Please clean cutting before you conserve the center, and take rust protection, such as use antirust oil.
