All our wheels are 100% built by hand to the highest tolerances allowable for each material.

The strict build tolerances of our wheels are among the best in the entire industry. Each and every wheelset is built with a maximum lateral tolerance of 0.2 mm, radial tolerance of 0.2 mm and dishing tolerance of 0.3 mm. Spoke tension is tested and adjusted to remain between 100 ~ 1200 N for 

the front wheel and 1100 ~1300 N for therear wheel's drive side. In order to keep the spoke from twisting during wheel building, we carry out spoke stress release to make sure both of the strength of the hubspoke holes and carbon rim nipple hole corresponds with the strength in need.

What is UD/3K/12K? What is the difference?

The differences are mainly for "appearance" and "weight".
UD is the lightest ,3K/6K/12K is 0.5% more heavier than UD in weight,because their weaving ways of the carbon fiber are different ,it'll affect the resin flowability to make the whole weight heavier.
But their stiffness is all the same ,as all of the resin in the carbon fiber is the same ,no matter for which appearance.

Can I purchase rims without holes or internal holes?

We can make fully UST rims or internal holes accordingly (No spoke holes on the rim bed, only valve holes).

How do I choose the rim that best suits my riding style?

Climbing Rims

Most rims in this category feature lower profile depths (below 47mm) with minimal weight, precise control, and ride quality trumpin

aerodynamics. Due to their lower profile, they handle exceptionally well in windy conditions.

Aero Rims
Optimizing aerodynamics is the key to speed and efficiency. Aero carbon rims typically feature a profile depth of 50mm or greater. They are best suited for criterium racing, rolling or flat terrain road racing, triathlon and time trial events.

How soon will you ship my rims/wheelsets after I arranged the payment?

If the rims or wheelsets are in stock, we will ship them within 3 business days. If there is no stock, it will take 7~15 days for rims manufacturing.

What can I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

Your rims/wheels will be packed and protected carefully to make sure that they are in good conditions. If an order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it. Then the package will be returned to us and we'll redo the products for you or arrange a refund.

If you have signed for the package and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and paperwork for the order if shipping damaged.

What shipping method do you use?

Normally, we ship the products by EMS directly. It takes about 5～10 business days for your parcel to arrive. If the customer wants to use a faster shipping method, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc, please contact us, you may need to pay additional shipping charges. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. If you have not received your shipment within 20 days of payment, please feel free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. If you still do not receive the package for 2 months, we will arrange to redo the products for you or arrange a refund.

Are there any import taxes or customs charges that I need to be aware of if I purchase this and have it shipped here to XXX country?
