Q: Why the monitor doesn't work when connecting with phone or switch or laptop or CCTV recoder?
A: Need to charge at the monitor with the USB to Type-C cable when using the monitor.
Q: Does it support any kind of mobile phone connection via TYPE-C?
A: Our Portable Monitor only support the Thunder Type-C port mobile phone via TYPE-C cable.
Q:Does it support any kind of laptop via TYPE-C?
A:Our Portable Monitor only support the Thunder TYPE-C laptop via TYPE-C cable. Otherwise, it needs to be connected via HDMI Cable on the laptop.
Q: Is that ok for one TYPE C to TYPE C cable to connect my macbook and Samsung S8+?
A: Yes, only one cable plug and can play, no need charger. If need power by the macbook or mobile phone, can use a PD Charger to charge on the PD type c port in the monitor. Then it can reverse charging your macbook or S8+.
Q: What is the difference between the 3.0 charger and the PD Charger?
A: The charger in the parcel is a normal 5V-3A, 9V-2A,12V-1.5 multifuciton charger, only for the support of the monitor light up. While a PD Charger can charging the mobile phone or laptop reversed.
Q: When is connected via tb/usb c to the laptop, I can not adjust anything in the monitor but the back light?
A: Because when the monitor in HDR model , all the setting are the best automaticly . So need you to rest it
Q:The monitor can charge by power bank ?
A: For whithout battery of our monitor,,it can charge by a 5V 3A PD power bank. For the battery version of our monitor, it can not be charged
