Operation Steps:
First: Please put the oriented board and the cap board together. Make sure the holes of the oriented board and the cap board in a line.
Second:Put the caps of the capsules in the cap board and shake the both boards so that the caps of the capsules all go in the holes of cap board(Please hold the gap of the oriented board so that the caps can't slip out). Drive out the extral caps of the capsules from the gap of the oriented board finally.
Third: Just follow the first and second step to line the bodies of the capsules with oriented board and the body board.
Fourth: Please put the powders or granules of the drugs on the body board. And use the scoop board to spread the medicine powder or granule on the body board at the same time to make sure the body are filled up.Spread out the extra powder or granule of the drugs finally.(If you want to fill in more drugs,you can shake the body board on the table for several times and fill in some more you desire. or use the tamping tool to press the powders in the body hole)
Fifth: Put the intermediate board on the cap board and make sure the gapped side of the oriented board upper.Then turn over the both boards about 180°and put them on the body board. Press both boards on the body board after you adjust all the holes of the three boards are in a line.
Sixth:Turn over about 180°of the three boards and make sure the body board upper and the cap body below.Press the body board on the cap board to the bottom from side to side.
Seventh: Move away the body board. Turn over the intermediate board and cap board about 180°and make sure the cap board upper. Move out the cap board also. Then you'll get the finall locked capsules from the intermediate board.
