Dear Customers,
Thank you for buying my products! I mainly sell pearls, shell, gemstones and other jewelry. In order to have a happy shopping and avoid dispute, I would like to show you some important rules and advice that help!
1. No minimum limit for the order.
2. Free or different shipping mode for different products.
3. Free China air post for order $200 , free DHL for order $500.
4. Pictures and goods.
You get what you see! I am not trying to make the photos nicer, but exactly the same as they are! I try to show all the blemishes if they have! I casually take the photos in natural light, in our shop or any occasion. But the color may be shown a bit differently on different computers or screens. If you any special requests, please contact before order.
5. Order and shipping time.
Orders and shippment will be made in 1-48 hours after payment except weekends and holidays. Usually packages via China post air mail arrive in 3-30 days ( Russia 15-60 days).But please note that buyers are responsible for any additional fees like customs fee, brokerage fee, duties or taxes for importation into your country. You can also contact for quicker delivery system.
6. Return and repair
I do my best to serve each customer the best that I can. I don't acccept no reason return unless you don't get the products ordered. Please contact first before shipping the goods for returning, exchanging or repairing. All-life free repair is provided.You only have to pay for the shipping cost :) !
7. Package
All products are packed in silk bags in envolopes or boxes. If you want other items ,please let me know.
