1. We uses at least 4 layers of fabrics ( not including the interlining 3 around neckline ) to make bodice of wedding dresses. With 2 layers interlining, the bodice part of our bridal gowns are very firm. WORKMANSHIP &METERIALS
2. We add more than 10 bones in bodice of most bridal gowns, so the bodice of part of our bridal gowns is very strong. The bones are about 0.6cm and 1.2cm.
3. We add horse hair interlining all around hemline of bridal gowns. This would fix the shape of train and hemline.
4. We only use Japan made Matsuno Beads ( also called MGB beads). This is the top quality beads in this industry, and the price is 15 times higher than the beads on cheaply made bridal gowns.
5. All the beading works on our bridal gowns are stitched by hands.
2.NOTE
1. As an honest seller, we guarantee the dress will be 90%-95% same as original picture shown. If you want 100% exactly same, please forgive. No two exactly same leaves in the world. We can not guarantee, so please do not place the order if you still insist 100% similarity. Thanks for your understanding.
2. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as veils, gloves, petticoat inside and so on. Bidding is only for the dress! If you want accessories, please contact us!
3. We suggest you choose lace up which is better to adjust the size to fit your body better.
4. Dress can be made in custom size, color, design. We strongly suggest you find a professional tailor to measure for you carefully following the Custom Measurements Guideline before buying a gown online.
5. No ready - made any dress. All the dress need to custom-made! The whole custom made process(from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 15-20 working days(Urgent orders except).

3.RETUAN POLICY
We accept refund or exchange only if the dress is made wrong by us, We need clear pictures or detailed specification to prove the problems of the wrong dress before you return it.
Please contact with us in 7 days after you got the dress if you want to return the dress. Also the refundable dress should in right situation as following:
1.Keep the dress brand new and no any alteration.
2.Keep the dress clean and no peculiar smell, no stains, no any added decorations.
Attention: We only refund the price of the dress; the shipping cost is not refundable.
